Election Season is coming up. Do you know where your postcards are?

Here at the Freedom Writers, we’re all about action. We don’t mince words. We know you care … and you understand the stakes. If you didn’t, you wouldn’t be reading this.

So, let’s get to work.

The November mid-term elections are going to be a VERY BIG TEST of how seriously the MAGA agenda has crippled the Republicans. We need to do everything in our power to make it clear that this crippling has actually occured.

A lot of people thought postcards had eclipsed their usefulness in 2024. I, for one, actually agree with that … with a caviate. In 2024, there was serious over saturation problem — people in certain swing states received 5-10 handwritten postcards a day from (in the recipients’ minds) ‘well meaning but niave democrats,’ … which those recipients abjectly ignored. They depended on what they thought were ‘more reliable sources’ of information like Fox TV and the like … Not good.

But then, Trump got elected, and many of the people who voted for him soon learned that they had made a BIG mistake. Their so-called ‘more reliable information sources’ were NOT actually reliable at all. But, could it be that all those well meaning snowflakes … could they have actually been right? Hmmm?

Currently, there’s no data backing the theory that voters are MORE receptive to postcards from democratic activists NOW than they were BEFORE the 2024 election, but that could all change in November. This is a BIG TEST. And we’d like to do everything in our power to pass. that. test.

So, let’s write those postcards, folks. … up one side and down the other. Let’s get this November party started!

Where can I get postcards?

• If you live in Western Mass, you can get them from the Freedom Writers of Western Mass right here. We provide fully assembled packets with everything you need for $15 / 20 postcards. For our 8/24/25 distribution, the postcards will be to PA voters. The packets are available for pick up at one of the Western Mass distribution sites near you on 8/24/25. In addition, we’ll provide additional packets every 2 weeks leading up to the vote in November.

• If you DON’T live in Western Mass, here are 3 other options:

  • Activate America - They have addresses for NJ (elect Mikie Sherrill for Governor), PA (Retain Supremem Ct Justices) and CA (Big Bad Budget Bill).

    • Activists provide: postcards, stamps, plus printing the addresses, scripts and instructions.

    • Activate America provides: Addresses, scripts/instructions to print.

  • Field Team 6 - For the 2025 elections, they have PA Supreme Court Voter Registration Outreach addresses (at the time publication there were 14,510 addresses available). All of the other campaigns are for the 2026 Gen Election.

    • Activists provide: Postcards (or you can buy them from Field Team 6), stamps, printing the addresses, scripts and instructions.

    • Field Team 6 provides: Addresses, scripts/instructions for printing.

  • Postcards to Swing Voters (Progressive Turnout Project) - For the 2025 elections they have Get Out the Vote (GOTV) addresses for VA, NJ and PA.

    • Activists provide: stamps, time to write the postards.

    • Postcards to Swing Voters provides: Postcards (for free), addresses, scripts already printed.
