He looks like Lucy looks after Charlie Brown has finally said, “No, I won’t play football with you again.”
Today,
“President Trump repeated his complaint about NATO that he expressed at an event earlier on Monday. “The problem with NATO is we’ll always be there for them but they’ll never be there for us,” he said.”
Sorry, Trumpie. Here’s a fact check on that:
“The only time that Article V of the NATO treaty was invoked — the provision that an attack on one will be considered an attack on all — was after the terror attacks of Sept. 11, 2001. At that time, NATO allies came to the United States’ aid.”

“President Trump said that he is asking the Chinese government to delay his visit by about a month, which would slip it to the beginning of May. “Because of the war, I have to be here,” he said.”
Hmmm. Sounds like Trump is hoping he’ll be out of this pesky little war by May. Then, in his imagination, all the damage he’s caused to the US and world oil economies will miraculously melt away in time for the midterms! And Trump will be a hero for ending another war!
Right?
Chris Hayes said it best in April of 2025 … back then, it was about tariffs …
“If you think of the entire United States economy as a house, over the last week with his sweeping tariffs, Donald Trump has set that house on fire and watched it burn. That was until he lost his nerve and put most of that fire out. He wants you to congratulate him for it, but now we’re left with this partially burned, smoldering house.”
But in Iran, Trump has started NEWER and BIGGER fires than ANYONE HAS EVER SEEN BEFORE!
Trump appears to be looking for a way out, but when a gambler starts to lose, his strongest impulse is “to get back in the game” by doubling down.
Now, he’s talking about sending our troops there. That’ll show those Iranians!
Clueless is as clueless does. We’re not sure how much Trump actually knows about what’s going on in Iran because he’s surrounded himself with brown nosed brown shirts who tell him what he wants to hear,
… as well as wear the shoes he wants them to wear.
Putin, in February 2022, swore that the Ukrainians would welcome Russian troops as liberators and embrace them with open arms. Putin was ALSO surrounded by people who told him what he wanted to hear. That was 4 years ago now. Just sayin’
All this is spooking those ITB’s (idiot tech bros) who, back in 2024, voted for Trump and bragged about ‘being racist before it was cool.’ Many of them know that Trump is clueless, so they’re hoping like crazy he won’t bring back the draft.
But when it comes to getting Trump’s attention, there’s one thing that works EVERY TIME: crowd size.
So, we here at the Freedom Writers, are laser focussed on No Kings Day, March 28th!
We were 7 MILLION STRONG last time, and we will be millions stronger this time.

The No Kings Coalition is organizing our next mass mobilization on March 28, including a flagship event in the Twin Cities.
Sign up for an action near you (out of the 2,000-3,000 that have already been registered across the country), and then prepare for it by attending these 2 Critical National Community Calls:
March 18th (8pm EST/5pm PST) - National Community Call - Know Your Rights: Protest Rights and Safety Practices.
March 19th (8pm EST/5pm PST) - National Community Call - No Kings 3 Kickoff Call
